That link has saved many a confused person, myself included... I won't go into too much detail; the website is pretty good at explaining itself. They also have a good collection of guides ranging from Firefox and Chrome to Photoshop and Office.
As usual, I am available on this blog to answer any questions you might have.
Think of me as the middle-man that EXPLAINS (something missing from a lot of tech websites) the current technology so that "non-tech" people can understand it. And if there is something I cannot answer, I will do my damndest to find out for you... it's part of my ongoing quest to live in a world where EVERYONE gets a chance to in some way, shape or form, experience technology... :-)
